The health of your fleet – and the efficiency of your business – depends on good maintenance.
Things like the fuel efficiency of your vehicles.
The condition of your brakes and tyres.
The time required to keep your warranties intact.
You’ve probably already got fleet management software in place to take care of service scheduling, issue tracking, and reporting.
Now you need an auto team that can get the job done – one that comes to your fleet’s locations, takes care of everything from servicing to safety certificates, and maintains the highest standards of quality.
A team like us.
Have your fleet’s tyres inspected by one of our field mechanics – 100% free of charge, at any depot or site across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Ipswich.
Maintaining your fleet’s warranties involves getting mechanical services at set intervals.
But exactly what those services include (and when they need to be delivered) varies from vehicle to vehicle.
Don’t have fleet management software to handle it for you?
We’ll set up logbook service schedules with automated reminders that make it easy to book your vehicles in when they’re due.
Our mechanics are also 100% mobile – wherever you’re based across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Ipswich, we’ll come to you.
Less downtime.
Faster servicing.
No hire cars or trips to the workshop.
It’s the easiest way to keep your fleet’s warranties intact.
Need certificates of inspection (COIs) for your taxis, trucks, buses or heavy trailers?
We’re an approved inspection station (AIS) under the Queensland government’s AIS scheme.
That means we’re licensed to provide both physical and online COIs for all applicable vehicle classes – and conduct mobile inspections.
When one of your fleet vehicle’s current COI is due to expire, we’ll contact you to arrange a time for an inspection.
Our approved examiners can visit any depot or site across the Gold Coast, Brisbane or Ipswich – which means your vehicle can be back on the road in under an hour.
No complex scheduling or trips to a workshop.
Just your mobile auto team, coming directly to you.
Fleet vehicles typically see faster brake and transmission wear than non-commercial cars.
More driving, heavier loads, and complex routes mean you need regular servicing to keep your fleet performing at its best.
That’s where our mobile mechanics can help.
As a one-stop auto shop, we work with everything from standard cars to trucks and trailers – with all services and repairs conducted at your depot or work site.
Fulfilling a scheduled service.
Diagnosing a faulty brake or transmission system.
Fixing a minor or major problem.
Whatever mechanical service or repair your fleet needs, we’ll make it happen.
Fuel efficiency. Performance. Safety.
The condition of your fleet’s tyres and wheels impacts each one.
As part of your servicing schedule, we’ll inspect each vehicle’s tyre wear and wheel alignment in line with manufacturer recommendations.
And, if something happens while one of your vehicles is in the field, our mobile mechanics can provide emergency repairs and replacements at any safe location.

No, we don’t currently offer night servicing as a standard option. If your fleet does need after-hours servicing to minimise downtime, ask us during your free consultation – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If you get your fleet serviced by a traditional workshop, make sure you know the costs.
A mobile maintenance and repair service, on the other hand, takes care of your vehicles wherever they’re currently located. That means there’s no driving to workshops, waiting around, or sitting in traffic. You’ll also get your vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible – a mobile COI inspection, for example, takes under an hour and can be easily completed between driver shifts or during breaks.
Mobile servicing is more cost-effective, more convenient, and has a lower risk profile. If you’re managing a fleet, a mobile auto team just makes sense.
Yes, our fleet maintenance and repair services are generally tax-deductible for businesses, although whether you’re responsible for paying them or not depends on who owns your vehicles.
If your business owns its vehicles, you’ll normally be able to write off all our services. If your vehicles are financed under chattel mortgages, finance leases, or hire purchase arrangements, the same applies. For vehicles under operating leases, though, the lessor – the entity leasing your business the vehicles – will generally be responsible for paying maintenance and repair costs.
Please note that this isn’t financial or tax advice. We’re mechanics, not accountants. For advice about your business’s situation, talk to your accountant or tax specialist.
We’re a one-stop shop. That means we can provide whatever service, repair or certification your fleet’s cars, vans, light trucks, and medium trucks need. Common mechanical repairs we complete for fleets include:
